King of Dim Sum

Last Sunday we had brunch with family at Dim Sum King in Daly City. I think it was the grandest dim sum experience I've ever been a part of. In total our party of 10 ordered 62 dishes and ended up with boxes of leftovers. There's a chinese expression that translates 'your eyes are bigger than your stomach' - sorta like 'biting off more than you can chew'. It was pretty good but guess what I'm eating for the rest of the week?

Cousin Diana and Grandma

Yes, round 1 is here...

and more?

and more....

Is it possible to have too much of a good thing?

I think we learned our lesson!

Nat's Third Photoshoot

I finally had a chance to get in a quick photoshoot of Natalie this morning. I think she's starting to love being in front of the camera...

Nat's Family Celebration Lunch

My parents drove up for the weekend to celebrate Natalie's 100 days of life with family. It was a good chance for both sides of the family to have a mini-reunion at Great China restaurant in Berkeley, CA.

Peet's Founder's Day - 3/8/2008

Peet's Coffee held a special event at their new roastery in Alameda to commemorate the birthday of Alfred H. Peet - original founder of Peet's Coffee & Tea. It was a good chance to see the bean roasting process and score some free coffee beans roasted that same day.

The line was soooo long when we first got there. The original announcement said that only the first 200 people would get a free pound of beans but it seemed like everyone got one.

Wouldn't it be nice to work at a place where they have 'low emissions parking only' spots?

I would love to own one of these burr mills....

You can ask Amy, Edena, or Gayatri what it means to be LEED certified.

By my calculations this will take me 8 weeks to finish.
