I celebrated my 30th birthday with my wife, Amy and my good buddy, Martin at Boulevard in San Francisco. The food was excellent but the service sucked.
The scallops were small and had a pungent taste.
Foie Gras - as described by the waiter, "heaven on a plate"
Abalone appetizer - there was actually foam on the plate!
